5 Air oil separator
Oil flooded screw air compressor needs oil to absorb heat and noise, lubricate and seal airend. It leads compressed air to be mixed with oil and needs air oil separator to reduce some oil. We use internal air oil separator, oil content less than 2ppm which maximally reduce oil loss.
6 Cooler
Cooler is enlarged by 30% and prolong cleaning period.
7 Admission valve
Admission valve special design prevent backflow. According to history air consumption, pressure signal is sent to control system and adjust air absorption by the way of controlling valve's opening angle. It makes air delivery more efficient.
8 Minimum pressure valve
The non-metal double vertebral body structure design is sensitive and close quickly to avoid air backflow and pressure loss.
9 Motor
Use closed air cooled design, IP54, insulation grade F, service factor 1.15, SKF bearing
10 Inverter(variable speed drive)
Variable speed drive control speed of motor and decrease start current, make operation smoothly and quietly. The VSD(inverter) can save up to 35% on energy costs.

1. What is your quality warranty for your screw air compressors?
We can offer 16 months guarranty for the whole compressor system (except for the consumable parts such as filters and separator element and lubricating oil). If any failure of the compressor without any incorrect operation and maintenance, Baldor company would offer free and new spare parts(except for the consumable parts such as filters and separator element and lubricating oil ) to do replacement for customers.
2. Do you do OEM for customers?
Yes, OEM is available for customers. Any color in the Panton Code and any logo with drawing is available.
3. Can you provide product knowledge training?
Yes. Our engineers and after-sales colleague are very experienced in the air compressor industry and can offer professional training for customers. If overseas service is needed, our staff could be on site too.
4. What is your delivery time?
For standard Baldor products, the delivery time would be within 3 working days after deposit received in account. If OEM customized order, the delivery time would be within 15 working days after payment received in account.
All products before delivery would be packed by bubble bags first, and then packed with composite wooden box. All marks on the packaging could be defined by customers or used Baldor standard version.
